Proficient in various techniques, including PCR and real-time PCR, sterilization, analysis of plant protein extracts using Western blot, analysis of nucleic acid extracts using Nanodrop, primer classification, and microscopy image processing.

      My role as a laboratory assistant in the Food Science lab involved studying the use of bacteria like A. lata and H. mediterranei to transform dairy waste into bioplastics. Through fermentation, we converted high-environmental-impact whey into polyhydroxybutyrates (PHB), advancing waste reduction and the development of biodegradable, plastic-alternative materials.
