  Before joining DXC I was with EXL Service.com (I) Pvt Ltd, joined as a customer service associate in November 2009 and was a part of policy admin team where I was responsible for handling Disbursement request. After two years of journey, I promoted to the QCA (Quality Compliance Analyst) role through IJP. In that role, I was fully responsible for one of the major KPI of the function which was quality. In this, role, I was aligned for; leading client calls regarding process quality, Onshore and offshore reporting, Handing privacy incidents related complaints, handling escalations, providing process training to the new joiners and real time solutions to team members.
