  Worked on various metal preparation and hand injection molding. The workshop of Central Tool Room & Training Centre, Bhubaneswar is equipped with various production machine tools which gave me an opportunity to learn conventional turning, milling, grinding, reverse engineering, CNC milling, and in-plant training. This training involved specialization in CATIA V5R19, introduction to CAD/CAM/CAE, part design, generative surface design, assembly design, kinematic simulation, drafting & detailing.

  As a project associate at Alloy Steels Plant of Steel Authority of India Limited I learned the operational procedures of various departments like Steel Manufacturing Shop (SMS) & Continuous Casting Shop (CCS), Forge Shop, Conditioning, Blooming & Billet Mill (BBM), Heat Treatment & Finishing shop (HTF). Prepared a final report on working methodologies of various departments, environmental regulations operational efficiency and challenges.

  As a summer intern, I attended workshops at the Cold Rolling Division, Tube Division and Sheet Division. Tasks involved daily data collection of raw materials used and finished product.
