  Eesti Energia an international energy company, operating in the energy market of the Baltic Sea area and the global oil market. Its focus is on increasing usage of alternative and renewable energy sources, development of the know-how and technologies required for oil shale processing as well as providing customers with digital solutions and products for services related to network service, electricity, heat and gas. As Director of Administration, I am responsible for overseeing Real estate, Working environment, Transportation, Security and Health promotion. Our team coordinates administrational daily operational functions, monitors budgets, supervises managers, improves business efficiency, requests audits, and analyses financial data.With strong leadership skills, and an open and direct management style, I have strong analytical and strategic skills, a natural aptitude for finance, budgets and exceptional interpersonal skills. The group functions I am responsible for: Real estate: Managing the sale of the facilities, and organise all the areas of groups real estate. We are responsible for ca. 250 building and properties with over 1 million square metres. Since 2004 we have sold the real estate that is unnecessary for the companies core business with a total value of €36m, with profit €11m. Transportation: Managing the car parks, 450 fleet cars and organise the transportation services in the other regions.Security: From fire safety and rescue unit, power plants, substations and managing security in all our locations in the region.
