      Prime function was to define the learning and performance strategy and coordinate the implementation of the education efforts to emphasize Cartier’s values and propositions throughout the region (for both our retail partners and corporate staff) as well as develop a service platform for all training requirements. Designed and developed training programs, tools, and resources within the Maison’s guidelines to reinforce sales staff’s product knowledge and ability to connect with clients. Worked closely with regional Learning & Development team to evaluate skills and implement programs to ensure quality of sales techniques, brand knowledge and skills needed to successfully drive revenue and growth. In addition to client/staff onboarding, hosted monthly webinars for groups of 70 - 150 people.
