The project aims to supply sea water from water injection plant to Haradh GOSP-2, Crude pipe line and water injection pipe lines etc. Responsibilities include:Responsible to organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC programme as per company’s Quality policy and contract specification requirements of the project. Prepare ITP and QA/QC Plan, Check and review the concrete and asphalt mix design and other civil construction material. Inspect the construction of civil works for cross country pipe line, thrust anchor, pipe support foundation and slug catcher foundation at Gas plant. Review of materials such as supplier qualification, concrete mix design, reinforcements, waterproofing, and imported soil fill, repair materials, etc.Attending Weekly, Monthly Progress and Quality meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings. Responsibilities include:Technical documents and prepare the ITP, QA/QC plan, raise RFI and witness daily inspection prior to Client inspection, quality control for various civil works including communication tower foundations, backfilling and compaction and erection of tower structures. Review of material approvals such as supplier qualification, civil and architectural materials for building.Working under ISO 9001 certified system reviewing/updating Project Quality Plan, quality procedures, developing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s), quality checklists, developing NCR/SOR format, procedures, logs, preparation/updating Risk Register and Issue logs etc. Coordinating with HSEQ department for implementing Quality Checklist for project and preparation of documentation for internal audit.Attending Project Weekly Progress and QA/QC meetings with Client, preparation of minutes of meetings and follow-up of assigned actions.
