  My internship at Pravah Foundation was a life-changing journey that bridged the gap between theory and real-world action. Working on gender-based violence, I learned that true societal change starts with transforming ourselves—challenging biases, embracing empathy, and fostering understanding. The experience taught me the power of creativity, collaboration, and leadership in shifting mindsets. Despite the challenges, it reaffirmed my belief in the strength of grassroots movements and the importance of partnerships in creating lasting change.
