  As of December 2015 I assumed lead responsibility for OGIC’s digital marketing, this involved: design, content development and distribution of the e-newsletter; administering the website, managing mailing lists; monitoring analytics; overseeing all social media platforms and graphic design.Further tasks included the development on marketing materials, such as; case studies, flyers and presentations. Ensuring all documents complied with brand guidelines. Supporting the development and delivery of events, including; assisting in the design of exhibition stands, creating event logos and themes, event advertising and research. Assisting in press activities - writing and reviewing press releases.Undertook in-house learning of Robert Gordon University’s MBA Oil & Gas Management module under guidance of OGIC Chief Executive (unassessed).   Key point of contact within the Web Team for colleagues across the University. Monitor the shared email inbox, managing requests and advising colleagues on how best to present information on the web. Involved in the development of the new RGU website: creation of webpages, ensure brand guidelines are adhered to, migration of content to the new CMS (Joomla), and the management of existing content.Ensure the website meets accessibility standards and complies with regulations. Development of email communications on SITS:Vision Campaign Manager. Work closely with other departments to determine the target audience and ensure delivery. Creation of nurture tracks: build email campaigns, set up UTMs, monitor performance.Redevelopment of the RGU Student blog - responsible for the set up of the new template, advising on UX and implementing enhanced SEO features.Analyse effectiveness of email communications and the RGU Student Blog through reporting on analytics and the creation of dashboards in Google Analytics.
