  At Croft Television, I have developed a wealth of experience, beginning my career as a Production Technician and progressing to my current role as a Senior Project Manager. Starting on the ground level, I gained a solid understanding of the technical aspects of video production, working directly with editing software, cameras, and equipment on shoots. Over time, I expanded my skill set in digital communications, refining my abilities in content creation, social media promotion, and strategic video development. Through this progression, I transitioned into a Project Manager role, where I now oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital video productions. My clients include global brands as well as smaller businesses and charities. This has given me a wealth of diverse opportunities. My experience across both technical and creative aspects of production has enabled me to successfully manage complex projects and deliver high-quality digital content that resonates with audiences across various platforms.
