      I amm an experienced Security Cleared Service Delivery Manager currently managing the flagship HMRC RTI program as the Service Delivery Manager. My role includes defining and managing SLA's for both online and batch operations and to ensure all risks are mitigated using proven RBAT techniques.Managed a live delivery team of 35 which included software architects, data architects and developers to design and implement the RTI solution and was in charge of impacting, function point counts, P&L monitoring and production of Monthly Cost ReviewsManaged the release of 6 different IT projects delivered under the RTI program which included diverse areas like the introduction of a SAP based Enterprise Tax Management Platform to automate all HMRC accounting processed coming out of RTI based calculations.Co-ordinated the release and the data migration over a single weekend implementation window to ensure minimal disruption to the client.Was in charge of co-ordinating the RTI release in conjunction with external projects National Pay As You Earn (NPS) managed by Accenture, Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) managed by HP and Voca managed by Vocalink, Universal Credits managed by IBM involving multiple client deliveries at varying implementation dates all brought in under RTI.Oversaw the pre-production testing portfolio and was incharge of Operational and Performance Testing managing a team of testers. Moved into a Live Service management role post implementation and was the main conduit between senior HMRC stakeholders and the RTI program within the estate to identify and resolve key blockers in the live service domain.Performed the role of Duty Manager for out of hours support to co-ordinate live problems with the necessary support teams and co-ordinating the resolutions with the respective HMRC counterparts.Well versed in the LEAN methodology and attended a number of inhouse LEAN training initiatives. Supplier Technical Assurance (STA) platform provides applications utilizing APIs, business logic and a data model all underpinned by security, auto provisioning and operational monitoring capabilities.Performing a challenging role of defining ITIL process around product and service delivery management. This included client engagement and defining ITIL processes working with an end to end SIAM operator.
