  Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (SEIC) is developing the Onshore Processing Facility (OPF) within its Sakhalin II project with Petrofac as the principal contractor and Velesstroy as subcontractor. I'm responsible for coordinating all groundwork, concrete, steel, cladding, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and finishing activities within several objects within the OPF as well as coordinating all activities related to Helium Leak Tests, Hydrotesting and Pneumotesting of process piping within the entire OPF.-Air Cooler buildings (A/B/C): Instalation of structural steel bearing sructure, 36 ventilator modules, process piping and cladding structure.-Local Electrical Room buildings (A/B/C): Construction of concrete grade slabs and deck slabs, installation of HVAC and electrical systems and cladding.-Boundary Limit Station: Backfilling, structural steel, concrete and piping works on structure linking the new facility with the old one.-Shutdown 2021: Coordination of interlinkage operation of the new facility before and during the temporary halt in production in the old facility.   PBMS project is a plant based product factory that consists of the main building with two production lines (Extruded Chicken line and Ready to Eat line), utility building and several auxilliary buildings. The main construcion frame is prefabricated and prestressed concrete with some secondary structures being steel structure. This being food industry, large parts of the interior have to conform to strict high hygienic zone standards. In a challenging atmosphere of frequent design changes during the construction phase I've coordinated various disciplines, implemented changes on the site, estimated the impact on schedule and cost as well as conducting FEED studies, tendering, contractor selection and follow-up of additions to the project.
