  Duties and Responsibilities. Preparation, implementation and monitoring of Quality Control Plan(QCP) and Inspection test plan(ITP) Receiving inspection of pipes, fittings, valves and flanges as per purchase order and ensure mechanical, Chemical properties as per code and specification requirement. Attending Client Audit and Internal Audit. Controlling of welders certifications and issuing of their Job Clearance Card as per project requirement. Monitoring welding consumable log sheet (for baking, holding and portable ovens). Ensure different welding process as per approved WPS. Review WPS and ensure that approved WPS are followed and prepare / witness for new WPS with PQR if essential parameters are changed as per ASME SEC IX & AWS D1.1 . Inspection of tie-in joint fit-ups for correct bevel angle, root radius, root face and root gap as per ASME B31.3 / WPS. Witness & Review welder qualification testing as per ASME SEC IX. Preparation of NDT Procedures, Specifications for client. Monitoring and supervising the sub-contractors fit-up and welding activities for different materials like C.S, LTCS, low alloy steel, stainless steel.-TYPE304L, 316L,Inconel & CUNI welding in different process GTAW, SMAW, FCAW & SAW is in compliance with the approved WPS, Applicable codes, standards, And client specification.   Now I am looking new job. I have to come Saudi Arabia on free visa ( own visa ). Familiar with International codes like API 1104, ASME V, VIII, IX, B31.3, B31.4, and B31.8. AWS D1.1 etc. Review WPS, Qualify PQR and WQT. Site and shop surveillance. Carrying out stage inspections as per Quality control plans & Project Document Control and Test Pack preparation. Co-ordinating with client, contractor and staff. Effective management skills. Effective project deliveries/Quality control &HSE management. Executing the task even under pressure. QA/QC Documenting. Attended awareness program of ISO17020:2007 Review of project Quality plans, Inspection and Test plans and construction Method Statements to cover all project activities.  Review the WPS, PQR Witnessing for the welder qualification test (WQT) and procedure qualification test. Daily visit to consumable store, check for consumable storage and handling, baking and holding oven temperature as per specification. Periodically inspect the electrode issuance and issuance log, electrode backing and maintaining oven temperature. Pre-welding and weld joint fit-up inspection, in- process welding inspection. Carry out 100% weld visual inspection.  Request for NDT and co-ordinate with NDT crew, review and control the NDT documents. Ensuring the accurate calibration records is maintained for welding equipments, ovens and measuring instruments. Review of all the records of welder qualifications, performance etc. Carry out line check inspection, issue punch list to production crew, witness for punch items.  Welding process control. Monitoring NDE % line wise and welder wise. Monitor Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT).
