      Test Manager

Continues to excel as Test Lead on the DRRS-MC and JFRG programs. Has taking on more of a Test Manager role as her responsibilities expand. With close to $2M in ECP enhancements to test on DRRS-MC over the next year and another large prototype testing effort on JFRG in progress, She remains a favorite of the customer. She is an asset to each program and it appears to give the customer comfort that she is in charge of testing - that she will get the job done. This contributes to our goal on both programs - to have the customer's trust that we will deliver even under the most difficult circumstance. She always puts forth exceptional effort toward that end. During the past year, supported MCEITS TO2 (SOA) as our testing lead. Despite having to split her time between MCEITS and other projects, completed all of her tasks on or ahead of schedule. When she came onto the team, she quickly took charge of the testing efforts and was able to work completely independently. She led weekly test meetings with the government and built an outstanding rapport with the customers, quickly gaining their trust and respect. She became the expert on the HP Systinet product and developed and executed those entire test cases herself, while allocating the remaining test cases to other members of the team. Over the course of the project, she also helped to mentor one of the more junior engineers who did not have a background in testing. Generated all of the test artifacts for the TO, including test readiness briefs, software test plan, daily scorecards and the software test report. She also helped setup HPQC for use on this TO, worked with the engineers to teach them how to use it and tracked all issues using the tool. She was a key contributor to the overall success of our TO, culminating in successful GAT testing in August. I would welcome the chance to work with Brenda again in the future. Show less
