  My responsibilities include overseeing COCA's School Based Personal Safety Program. I am responsible for contacting, recruiting and scheduling schools in the Greater Cincinnati Area to participate in our program. This program is designed to prevent Child Abuse and Bullying in grades K-12 by teaching them the types of abuse, personal safety rules and encouraging them to talk to a trusted adult. I help develop and implement the program and materials. Program implementation requires me to manage eight Prevention Educators and ensure proper staffing at the schools. I oversee Prevention Educator scheduling and training. I also collect and enter all program data, then analyze and evaluate the results for summary reports.Other responsibilities include: assisting the Executive Director in grant writing, fundraising, development, managing volunteers and other administrative tasks.
