  Abu Dhabi Airport Midfield Terminal Building ProjectI was responsible for managing all electrical works during the energizing and closing phase of the airport project, which has an internal area of 700,000 square meters. During my responsibility, I ensured that the electrical panel of all MV and LV systems was inspected and certified by the local authority ADDC distribution company, completed until the last load according to the relevant local and international regulations and the T&C protocols of the appropriate systems were executed.I also conducted the closing periods of installation snags and T&C snags inspected by PMCM for all MV-LV electrical distribution systems and ELV systems such as Fire-Alarm Detection, Public Address & Voice Alarm Systems (PAVA), Lighting Control Systems (LCS). The project encompassed the construction of 5 underground stations and a double tunnel total length of 35 km. My primary focus was to address and resolve any conflicts or coordination issues that arose on-site. This involved effectively communicating and collaborating with both the design and construction groups. I facilitated sharing of coordinated shop drawings, ensuring the teams had access to the most up-to-date information. Additionally, I closely monitored the execution of construction activities, ensuring compliance with the shop drawings and promptly addressing any deviations or discrepancies. Show less IS REIT Istanbul Tuzla Technology and Operation Center ProjectI was the Electrical Project Manager for a significant project undertaken by Is Bankasi, one of Turkey's prominent banks. This project encompassed a vast area of 270,000 square meters and comprised various essential facilities. The complex included operation offices, a data center, a kitchen section capable of serving 5000 individuals, a spacious conference hall, an education center building, an accommodation facility, health units, a children's nursery, a convenient shopping center, and an expansive indoor parking lot. I oversaw and completed all electrical works throughout the project lifecycle. This involved managing the design, procurement, installation, and testing of electrical equipment and infrastructure. Additionally, I ensured compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. I successfully delivered a fully operational and functioning electrical system within the complex, contributing to the project's overall success. Show less MARMARAY (BC1) Bosphorus Crossing Metro ProjectAs the Site Manager for a significant project connecting the European and Asian continents of Istanbul through railway lines and a railway tunnel under the Bosphorus, I had the privilege of overseeing all MEP works within the tunnels. This ambitious project consisted of three underground stations, two above-ground stations, three ventilation buildings, two Gen-Set buildings, and a double 13.5 km tunnel totalling approximately 27 km of railway lines also featured two crossover areas.I managed a wide range of MEP works within the tunnels. This included overseeing all MV distribution grids, the Train Catenary Feeder System, Firefighting System, Tunnel Ventilation System (TVF), Linear Heat Detection Systems, Gas&Dust Monitoring Systems, Normal and Emergency Lighting, Small Power Distribution, Fire Alarm and Flame Detection Systems, Hydrochloride Detection System, Tunnel Emergency Telephone, Tunnel Drainage System, Foam Extinguishing Systems, and the installation of floodgates at the immersed tunnel entrances. I ensured the proper coordination and execution of these MEP works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. By effectively managing the various systems and installations, I contributed to the successful completion of the project, facilitating safe and efficient transportation between the two continents of Istanbul.   Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar Passenger Terminal Expansion – D&E Concourse Building & Early Works HIAEP-0065As the MEP Construction Manager, I oversee all MEP activities related to the development of the D Concourse as part of the Hamad International Airport expansion project. This extension project, which commenced in January 2022, aims to increase the airport's passenger capacity of D & E concourses, each one is approximately 65,000 square meters. In this role, I am responsible for managing and coordinating the MEP operations to ensure the successful completion of the project. Show less Hamad International Airport, Doha, QatarPassenger Terminal Expansion – Central Concourse Building & Early Works HIAEP-0013As the Electrical Construction Manager, I contributed to completing the Hamad International Airport Expansion Project. This project, completed before the Qatar World Cup 2022, encompassed 166,000 square meters. Notably, the project included a unique botanical garden within the facility, highlighting its distinctive features. I played a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of all electrical works, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. The project was powered by two substations, with a total installed capacity of 20 MVA. It featured 164 MEP rooms, encompassing various critical components such as MV rooms, Main LV Rooms, UPS rooms, SCR/DCR rooms, HVAC/CRAC rooms, Electrical Rooms, and SCV rooms. I successfully managed the project from its initiation in January 2020 to its operational launch in October 2022, leading the opening, planning, execution, monitoring, and control phases of the electrical works.
