  Investigated a novel in vitro 3D system to mimic the human bone marrow microenvironment in acute myeloid leukemia using spheroid tumor models. Analyzed flow cytometry data to quantify and determine statistical significance using FlowJo and GraphPad Prism software.

  Evaluated somatic B-cell reprogramming efficiency to better understand reprogramming of differentiated cells by testing critical B-cell genes. Performed various laboratory techniques to test critical B-cell genes under the guidance of the lab technician.

  Maintained a clean and safe environment for patients in the infusion center by sanitizing and disinfecting treatment areas with proper equipment. Supported nurses to create a comfortable environment for patients by engaging in meaningful conversations with patients and providing them with snacks, beverages, blankets, and pillows.

  Provided real-time emotional support to individuals in crisis by actively listening, assessing risk, and collaboratively problem-solving to ensure their safety and well-being. Utilized de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques to guide texters toward coping strategies and appropriate resources, maintaining a calm and empathetic approach.
