      Assistant Manager

I am currently an assistant manager of a pub and hotel business, with one of the highest turnovers in the company and a staff 50. My role requires me to ensure the successful running of the business and provide support to both the staff and the general manager. This involves cash management, stock management and using an online booking system for the hotel and restaurant. As well as the day to day running of the company I am also training coordinator for the business. This role requires me to ensure all 50 staff are up to date with their mandatory training and any additional development training they require. Show less

    • London 2012

      Jul 2012 - Aug 2012
      Games Maker - Presenter Escort

I volunteered as a Games Maker for London 2012. My role was to be one of only twenty-five presenter escorts. This involved briefing the medal and flower presenters, many of which were royals other dignitaries, to ensure they were comfortable with their role and the days procedures. I then escorted them on to the field of play for the victory ceremonies, where my role then became to provide a successful ceremony both for the athletes and the media, making sure both parties were satisfied.
