  Software Engineer-Nov 2023 to Present - Migrating 18+ million policy of OLD MUTUAL, a tier one insurance provider in South Africa. Designing and Developing ETL pipeline to extract, transform, and load the existing data of customer data from MAINFRAME legacy system to TCS BANCS Insurance SaaS system. With 30+ above Investment insurance products and complex customer data, building the ETL in stages(Iterative transformation logic) to maintain strong Data quality before loading. Tech Stack- PL/SQL.Jan 2023 to Aug 2024 -Migration of Oracle DataWarehouse to Bigquery. A DataWarehouse of BT subsidiary's -OpenReach legacy application was migrated to Google Bigquery product. Day-to-day work involved data shifting and code transformation from Oracle DB to Bigquery.Oct 2021- Dec 2022: As a Software Engineer for British Telecom. Migrated 300+ product and subproducts line from a legacy pre-paid billing system to new system.In addition involved in Monolithic application development working in the data team(DataBase Layer). Here built Database schema in Oracle DB(PL/SQL),batch processing between subsystems using PL/SQL and Unix, and ORM-mapping from Business logic layer(Java-spring boot) to DB using SOAP-XML. Show less
