      I was part of a group whose project was to collaborate and study the millennial generation as an influential generation within the workplace and as consumers. We were tasked with creating and recommending a plan to increase millennial engagement with the company's sustainability efforts. We focused on millennials born between 1990-1996, and leveraged their comfort and use of technology, as well as their desire for increased transparency, personalization and information.I was also tasked with creating and designing a well-being webpage to increase consumer awareness of the company’s progress toward fulfilling its well-being commitments. I was responsible for producing the company’s communication plan to outline the voice, message and positioning of both written and visual products for health and wellness content.
