      Arcade (ex Galeria Real) was a property management company that managed 18 shopping centers & 1 office building with a total leasable area of 500,000 sq.m.Responsabilities:• Coordinate commercial activity for 18 shopping centers & 1 office building • Manage a team of 25 people • Responsible for leasing and marketing contracts and for debt collection (over 700 contracts)• Develop, execute and communicate marketing programs ; organize seasonal campaigns (concept, media planning, execution, supervision)• Negotiating, monitoring and maintaining close relationships with the main tenants, main partners ( Real Hypermarket and Auchan) and other partner companies and local authorities• Responsible for key indicators, such as: tenant mix, occupancy, level of collection, number of leasing and marketing contracts, average rent/ square meter and for overall Budget and Forecast.My role ended when Immochan took over the property management for the shopping centers bought by Auchan Group.Key achievement: Due to the way I and my Sales team managed clients during the very difficult transition period from the Real supermarket to the Auchan supermarket, we were able to achieve positive revenue, thus concluding the transaction of 33 million euros for the acquisition of the commercial galleries.
