  In 2016, I founded FC Beirut, playing a key role in building the team from the ground up. Starting with just 11 or 12 players and, at times, no substitutes, the team encountered significant challenges. Through consistent social media outreach, I recruited players from my university, leading to regular weekly training sessions and weekend league games. Despite initial equipment and kit shortages, we focused on team cohesion and growth.The first season proved difficult, finishing last, but we secured a sponsor and funding by the second year. This support allowed us to develop a professional social media presence and consistently update match scores. Our efforts paid off as we won against every team we faced, securing the treble. In our third season, we retained the league title and became a formidable team, highlighted by our 2018 varsity win against Edge Hill University with a 2-0 scoreline. This accomplishment remains one of my proudest achievements to date. Show less

This has helped me to ensure that the team had the necessary resources and support to succeed.- I have gained valuable organizational skills, as many of the work processes involved required me to work to tight deadlines. This has helped me to stay on top of my responsibilities and ensure that the team was prepared for each match and event.- Safety and security were also a big part of my role, including key holding and safe keeping. This required me to be vigilant and take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the building and the equipment.- Additionally, I regularly checked online bookings, which helped me to stay on top of the team's schedule and ensure that we were prepared for each match and event. Some of my key responsibilities included:- Talent Identification: One of my primary responsibilities was to identify talented young players and recruit them into the academy. This involved scouting, attending youth games, and staying up to date with emerging talent in the local and national football scene.- Training and Coaching: I was responsible for designing and implementing a training and coaching program that aimed to help young players develop their technical and tactical skills, physical fitness, and mental toughness. This often involved collaboration with a team of coaches to develop a curriculum that catered to the needs of players at different stages of development.Player Development: I closely monitored the progress of individual players and created personalized development plans to help them reach their potential.   In June 2023, I founded AR Elite Academy, which has swiftly established itself as one of the most rapidly growing grassroots and academies in Manchester and Lancashire. My pivotal role encompasses a range of responsibilities, most notably recruitment, where I strive to identify and select the most suitable players for each age group within our academy.AR Elite Academy currently boasts a diverse lineup of over 5 teams, spanning from the U18s team to U16s, U15s, and U14s. Our comprehensive approach to football development ensures that we cater to players of various ages and skill levels.We take pride in our history of competing against esteemed opponents, including notable clashes with Stoke City and Burnley, as well as various category 1 to 3 teams. These encounters have not only provided challenging experiences for our players but have also led to the successful signing of some of our talented individuals by professional clubs.One of our notable achievements lies in our significant social media presence, with over 2,500 followers across various platforms. Our TikTok page, in particular, has garnered an impressive 40,000 likes, reflecting the growing interest and engagement with our academy.I am proud of the strides AR Elite Academy has made since its inception and am excited about the future prospects and opportunities that lie ahead. At AR Elite, we’re focused on developing players who want to get scouted, not just those who play for fun.
