      Sept 2016 - Sept 2019
FC Beirut Manager (Founder of team)

In 2016, I founded FC Beirut, playing a key role in building the team from the ground up. Starting with just 11 or 12 players and, at times, no substitutes, the team encountered significant challenges. Through consistent social media outreach, I recruited players from my university, leading to regular weekly training sessions and weekend league games. Despite initial equipment and kit shortages, we focused on team cohesion and growth. The first season proved difficult, finishing last, but we secured a sponsor and funding by the second year. This support allowed us to develop a professional social media presence and consistently update match scores. Our efforts paid off as we won against every team we faced, securing the treble. In our third season, we retained the league title and became a formidable team, highlighted by our 2018 varsity win against Edge Hill University with a 2-0 scoreline. This accomplishment remains one of my proudest achievements to date. Show less
