Conducted and lead empirical studies on the practice of human resources management in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, including a Delphi study with Daimler Benz AG.Responsibilities in Teaching:Taught 40+ seminars on both the bachelor and the masters levels in general management, human resources management, knowledge management, strategic management and marketing. Contributed to the development of a novel curriculum in human resources management integrating the development of student's subject matter knowledge, social skills and communication skills.   Management scientist with the Universities Space Research Association (USRA/RIACS) at the Intelligent Systems Division of the NASA Ames Research Center. Technical Lead and Project Manager for NASA PMT. The Program/Project Management Tool (PMT) is a comprehensive, web-enabled business intelligence application tool used to assist NASA enterprises in monitoring, disseminating, and tracking the progress of NASA Program and Project milestones, their line-of-business processes, and their corresponding resources, such as budgetary allocations. The PMT tool is intuitive, web-enabled and integrated with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. The PMT tool provides NASA’s Chief Financial Office (CFO) the ability to develop an integrated Agency budget phasing plan and the ability to display the data at an overarching and aggregated Agency-level. The PMT team collects 2,000+ budget phasing plans from all NASA Centers, Programs/Projects and works closely with the Mission Directorates to provide them the opportunity to revise and approve the budget plans.
