  I was the Food Service dietician for the Hospital. I created winter and summer cycle menus for all normal and special diets. Training was provided to kitchen staff on special therapeutic diets and preparation thereof. I also did recipe development and standardized all recipes used. Policies was also written and developed for the medical nutrition supplement kitchen.

  I was the clinical dietitian for aldult surgery wards which included general surgery, upper gastrointestinal surgery, plastics, maxillary facial surgery, some gastrointestinal surgery and vascular surgery. Spinal cord intensive care unit. I also gained experience in surgical ICU, in management of inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease and irritable bowel disease. Renal and transplant patients and extensive gastrointestinal surgery. Diseases of lifestyle were also managed as outpatients.
