  Founded Utah Behavior Services, Inc. to fill a need for specialized, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services and treatment for Autism and other behavioral disorders. Recruited and developed a team of professionals forming the largest group of Board Certified Behavior Analysts in Utah. Expanded our spectrum of services by integrating mental health and medical care to form Utah’s largest behavioral health “home” for families. Created a comprehensive curriculum for individual behavioral programming, including data and progress tracking. Developed a multi-faceted Social Skills curriculum incorporating video, audio, and multiple other materials. Formed a Quality Assurance & Compliance department ahead of industry standards for ensuring best practices, including serving as chair for the Human Rights & Peer Review Committee. Provided comprehensive training and supervision to clinical level staff, across a broad range of categories, including in-depth functional assessment, evidence-based intervention design, real world data collection, and effective parent training. Oversee multiple areas of company operations and service delivery, including personal responsibility for policies and procedures and staff training, as well as ensuring the quality of high-level treatment plans. In the capacity of a BCBA, provided consultation and staff training to several external agencies, such as public schools, private schools, Department of Juvenile Justice Services and contracted agencies, behavioral health treatment centers, residential treatment centers, and medical providers.
