  Recall and Emergency Response Coordinator

  As the Recall and Emergency Response Coordinator for the Division of Food and Recreational Safety, I oversee the consumer complaint and emergency response programs. I coordinate agency responses to foodborne outbreaks, including trackback investigations, environmental assessments and recalls. I coordinate multi-agency responses with State, Local and Federal partners when there are overlapping jurisdictions. I have assisted in the planning and response to large scale events such as natural disasters, and the 2020 Democratic National Convention. I conduct policy review and revision. I wrote the application for, and was awarded, $1.5 million dollars for the FDA’s Rapid Response Team (RRT) five year cooperative agreement. I currently am the Wisconsin RRT Coordinator. Show less
