  At MXR I have unified communications across nearly all offices and helped enable our remote worker transition with the Mitel Connect IP Phone system. Assisted the transition to Office 365 email/software suite, led Salesforce Multi-factor Security implementation, and was heavily involved with rolling out MFA across our Office 365 tenant. I am currently working as the ERP Project Manager on a multi-year initiative that aims to standardize many processes on best practices and eliminate: many manual processes, two ERP systems: SAP & GP, QuickBooks Accounting software, & Fishbowl Inventory Management system. All these currently siloed business functions will reside within Microsoft’s Cloud ERP solution Business Central with a tight interface between Salesforce, the MXR Website, and EDI. Show less
