The company supplies agriculture with efficient machinery and methods which help farmers to be more efficient.Regional Service Representative, northern FranceAs a service technician at Väderstad, my principal duties involved solving clients’ technical problems and managing machine warranties in northern France. Moreover, I  Introduced and delivered 12 training programs for Väderstad's dealership network after assessing problems encountered in the field and offering a better service for the end-customers. Provided technical support and responsibility for warranties.  Acted as a product development link between the Swedish design division and the French unit. Established a set of company-wide service protocols to get a better more efficient service department.       Väderstad is an international business of farm machinery. The company supplies agriculture with efficient machinery and methods which help farmers to be more efficient.My main marketing activities involved the construction of a complete retailer training program comparing Väderstad products with those of the company’s competitors to help salesmen be more efficient and precise in their targeting strategies. My other duties included:  Analyzing the second-hand market. It was my job to track how much material was on the market and where and when it was sold. This was useful insofar as it allowed us to put items on sale at the right time of the year. Responsibility for the CRM (30,000 companies). Updating and ensuring the accuracy of this database enabled customer profiling and thereby a better handle on prospective clients as well. I also was responsible for training new employees in the use of the database. Translation (ENG->FR) of brochures, the website and pricing documents with the aim of better communicating customers’ benefits. Instigation of the standardization of invitations for demonstrations, campaigns and communication with both local and national newspapers. This simplified the external communication process. Creation of an 8-page brochure addressing new products for special campaigns (100,000 count print run) as well as leaflets regarding second-hand machines. Organization of an average of four regional fairs and three dealer meetings per year. I was responsible for registration, logistics and was also tasked with the creation of sales kits for each sales representative. I additionally managed fair material and standardized Väderstad’s branding in France.  Introduction of a follow-on process for fairs which improved organization and enabled better cost management.  Management of all logistics for six trips to Väderstad’s mother company in Sweden. In addition, I also: Placed one of my dealers in among France’s top three best dealers for four years in a row.  Extended retailer’s coverage from one-third to 90% of my sales area. Delivered yearly product training programs for Väderstad dealers’ salesmen.  Performed field demonstrations both locally for farmers as well as at trade exhibitions.  Hosted promotional trips for prospective clients to the main Väderstad factory in Sweden and guided my guests through the test fields, factory tour and technical demonstrations.       Sabbatical

      I took a sabbatical to take care of my son (born 2015). I used this period to found my own business (après-you) for the production and sale of artisanal balms made with essential oils. I also began learning Danish (Hellerup Sprogskolen). I passed with success the two first exams and I continue to the third level.
