      JOB ROLE SUMMARY:- Structured office cabling Projects.- Wifi implementation.- Microwave Radio link installation- GSM OptimizationRESPONSIBILITIES:#Site Engineer:• Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.• Technical Site Survey Reporting - taking lead during site visits (Acquisition process) and discuss the technical solution with the parties involved.• Supervises the work of vendor technicians to assure compliance with specifications and agreed-upon levels of service. Identifies variances or service inadequacies to appropriate vendor representatives and works with vendors to resolve problems.• Ensure telecom devices are configured and maintained in accordance with appropriate standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.#Telecoms Engineer:• Installation of Access Points for wireless network connectivity.• Complete installation of structured office cabling (SOC) network.• Identifying and analyzing problems and needs of existing telecommunications systems, such as interference, intelligibility and clarity, to determine the most appropriate means of reducing, eliminating and avoiding current and future problems and improve communications.• Determining appropriate configurations of telecommunications hardware and software, ensuring desired performance of telecommunications equipment. • Preparing and interpreting specifications, drawings and regulations for the use of telecommunications equipment. • Monitoring telecommunications systems to assess need for updates, upgrades, enhancements, preventive maintenance and new systems.• Minding creative solutions to the challenges of network design, mobile communications, data service requirements, and internet and network signaling protocols.
