  ·Organize the preparation of the construction activities (permits, contractor park, lay down area, etc.)·Day to day Construction Supervision during the construction phase/shut down activities of a project for installation work/deliverables by third parties regarding work performance. Supervision of execution progress in relation to deadlines and milestone towards construction companies. Follow-up of milestones and deadlines of the construction companies·Independent or in cooperation with construction manager / process- or project engineer. Check & support the set-up of the execution of the electrical and instrumentation or civil and mechanical construction packages including the planning. Check of all relevant aspects, e.g. Safety, quality, quantity, construct-ability, sanitary, clean as you go·Execution of several projects or project parts at the same time·Managing conflicts of schedule (manpower/supplies/work-space/safety) between various projects/disciplines to an acceptable outcome·Handover of mechanically completed equipment to production representative or third parties·In cooperation with manufacturing/Project team members planning and control of the implementation/completion of shutdown activities·Hands on problem solving within the construction of the project in cooperation with the necessary disciplines, dependent on the solution to do proposal to Project Manager/Construction Manager/Discipline Lead or take direct action·Make sure the BP specifications are applied during construction·Liaise with MR to ensure safe start and commissioning of equipment (e.g. rotating equipment)·Identifying critical safety construction activities, applying Task Risk Analysis in cooperation with the contractors.·Hand-over of as built information/documentation to the Engineering Department·Help future users and maintenance department with the setup of maintainability of the project parts·Coordinate and participate the daily (regular) construction progress meetings Show less
