  Hurb better known as Hotel Urbano is a tourism company but focused on technology that believes in sharing its knowledge and who better to talk about the company than its employees.I worked within the Hurbcast, podcast and videocast created to spread the company's culture by creating agendas and scripts for conversations with the main areas of the company.I did all the scheduling and interviewing of employees, focusing on publicizing their areas.I made releases on digital platforms such as youtube, instagram, facebook in addition to audio aggregators such as spotify, deezer, google podcast, amazon music, among others.I also had the scope to analyze our platforms and conversions and with less than 3 months of occupation I was responsible, together with my team, for the creation of over 100 videos that caused an increase in youtube interaction, spotify retention and conversion on platforms from instagram and facebook.
