      Created a new parts delivery applications. Removed fee based API’s and updated with free database frameworks and implemented internal frameworks that allowed access to reusable functionality. Rewrote the scanner interface with .net compact framework to allow larger screen display with better functionality when gloves are worn. Improved warning and error messages to flash the entire scanner and vibrate the handle or grip. Customized the data communications within the wifi network so that data is always persistent and data loss is eliminated. The parts delivery was distributed plant wide and with the onsite consolidation center. Used websockets to integrate a real-time communication platform for the deliverers and the main office.Cycle Count processing for real-time count. This is a shift tare system that tracks the current balance of parts at specified location. This zero sums planned versus actual accounting of every part. Update the global inventory system from the location of parts. Created this system that is being deployed to other Honda plants. This product received Honda technology awards that Honda employees received bonus and recognition for this product. We mask the connection string from the application to the database server.Updated all application security applications when the Payroll System was modified to use another vendor. Plant security was based on badge number and Payroll Id.Wellness Center would use a PLC modbus communications to lock and unlock the doors using a test board connected to the Door controls.Projects developed using Scrum methodology. We would continuously add new system requirements to a bare-boned working project. With quick intermediate cycles, different aspects of testing new functionality would occur in smaller increments and would offer new options of envisioning changes while the testing is occurring on the project.
