  Investigations of colloids and the self-assembly structures. Specially the usage of short peptide sequences thereby is promising for a biomedical application e.g. such as drug delivery system since they consist of amino acids that underlie body-intrinsic degradation and thus prevent accumulation. Besides their solid-phase synthesis and purification, we investigate self-assembly in solution as well as on surfaces. Thereby driving forces, the effect of point mutation, the different assembly levels and the inner structure of the assemblies are in the focus of our interest. Vis mindre
