      I am the subject matter expert on the EC145 for 2nd Aviation Detachment. I act as the standardization helicopter instructor pilot for West Point Military Academy to provide professional instruction and evaluations. I provide professional management of the Helicopter Aircrew Training Program and the Functional Pilot Program so that it complies with FAA, local and Army rules and regulations. I provide guidance on how to streamline operations which improves our service to customers. I identify risks and implement controls to minimize effects that they may have on operations. I provide cross organization communication to provide completion of projects that are time sensitive within scope.
