  As steward of NASA’s core aerosciences ground test capabilities, the Aerosciences Evaluation and Test Capabilities (AETC) Portfolio strategically manages, operates, sustains, and improves a critical portion of these facilities in support of the Nation and Agency wind tunnel testing requirements. My role is to lead the development of the AETC Portfolio’s Strategic Plan per NPR 8600.1 NASA Capability Portfolio Management Requirements. The Strategic Plan provides a 10 year outlook that will drive improvements to internal processes, customer focused services, and investments in new capability strategies pertaining to NASA's aerosciences test facilities. This is the first attempt to document AETC’s strategy and vision, and is meant to be a living document in which continual communication with stakeholders and the research community will inform its evolution.
