  This is my father Medicine shop, currently here working 8 to 9 full time employee. In few years ago I joint as a Administration Advisor to part time base. The gap of my study I spend here and advice many important think like understand the customer mind, how to behave to our Respected customers, how to deal angry customers, how we improve our service quality, full fill customer need in short time, how to display our products and how our products attract the customers etc. Sometime I analyse our shop inventory stock and find out some problems and what actually customer need.
