Supports troubleshooting with the Automated Call Distribution Systems. Also, was a part of the team that installed the new phone system in the Evansville Health Care Center. Responsible for moving lines in the hospital and has prior experience with adding new extensions and making changes to the phone system.- Provides support for user account issues including making necessary changes in Active Directory.- Maintains and provides support for OI&T networking devices by ensuring security is maintained when moving OI&T computer systems. Makes necessary changes to VLANs when proper authorization is in place.- Maintains inventory of local OI&T systems by performing regular inventory scans of equipment when providing support for tickets.- Works with vendors on warranty information to ensure OI&T equipment is properly maintained.- Provides support for VA proprietary technologies such as Vista and CPRS.- Provides support for imaging of computers by using Operating System Deployment (OSD). Ensures removal of systems through SCCM and Active Directory. Coordinated with Region 2 Networking and Back Office technicians to stand up OSD baseline imaging at the Evansville Health Care Center.- Maintain OI&T infrastructure including the rewiring of the Vincennes, IN CBOC IT closet to get patch panel up to standards.- Works independently without direct supervision to complete tasks.
