If they requested wheelchair services, I would bring one to the gate to collect them and wheel them through customs, to the baggage claim area before they are reunited with their local contacts.   Worked in the Lazada department where I was tasked with conducting quality checks on items returned by Lazada customers. Based on certain factors like the level of damage to the item, its sale price, and whether it is a branded or crossborder item, the item would either be sent for scrap or returned to the merchant.I was also given the opportunity to use a pallet lifter and build pallets of scrap items or items to be returned. It was a very good challenge to try and maximise the pallet space while still ensuring its strucutural integrity is not compromised. Show less
