  A PROJECT REPORT ON ROOF BOLTS AS BREAKER LINE SUPPORT IN MECHANISED DEPILLARINGDid a one month research on stabilising the roof of a coal seam near the face in a semi-mechanised depillaring by deploying roof bolts as a breaker line support, a simulation was done to verify the stress distribution in the strata and onto the roof bolts.

  I consulted a startup "Ecokaari" in the domain of sustainable finance and impact investing as a part of my MBA curriculum at MDI.EcoKaari is a sustainability based startup led by Mr. Nandan Bhat, it upcycles waste plastics into handwoven handbags and accessories. At the core of the business lies an impactful mission of empowering women artisans through employment while minimising waste plastics.My KRAs included: Interviewed various industry practitioners in the area of impact investing, venture capital and investment banking that helped me to craft the following -1. Growth Strategy : Devised a 5 year rollout map for market entry into multiple territories to help them expand supply and create market linkages. Proposed an organisation design chart to improve accountability. 2. Investment thesis analysis: Analysed investment theses of various impact investors that were interviewed, and suggested the startup on areas such as impact metrics and ESG metrics which needs to be incorporated in their pitch deck. 3. Estimating Valuation and impact measurement: Conducted a thorough financial analysis to arrive at fresh valuation numbers with future projections incorporating the 5 year growth plan and suggested them the potential capital to be raised from various routes Equity/Debt/Grants.
