  🔸 As an assistant professor I mainly work within scientific and research studies, I run lectures for students from various countries in the world. Following the words of the participants of my lectures – I run them in an interactive and inspiring way what makes people engage in discussions – and that has always been my goal. 🔸 One of my greatest, long-term projects, has been the creation of MBA studies at GUT. I am proud of the fact that the only lecturers who work there are practitioners, the studies are international and are being run based on the latest knowledge and trends in the world. I believe that my additional achievement in this area has been the ability to connect competitive environments in order to create a common goal – thanks to my efforts – MBA directors from Poland make a great team. 🔸 My great achievement is running interactive classes in Design Thinking, creativity, innovation and ESC economy or Project Management. My activity has included creating the curriculum of the studies and selection of lecturers-practitioners - both from Poland and abroad. 🔸 What makes me proud is the fact that within the period of 2008 – 2021 – I have created totally 15 editions of MBA studies with 315 graduates. The studies have included: ▪️ 13 editions of International MBA in Strategy, Program and Project Management studies [English language],▪️ 1 edition of Management in Sport studies [English language],▪️ 1 edition of Strategic Leader studies [Polish language]. 🔸 Moreover:▪️ I have carried out the program through AMBA International Accreditation [7 programs in Poland – our – the youngest one],▪️ I have created the motto/ mission of the Program: “MBA is not only education but values we bring together”,▪️ thanks to my activity – MBA at GUT has an international validation by AMBA accreditation. 🔸 I have created own brands supporting MBA program in order to promote MBA values, to convey a cultural message to business and academic ecosystems.▪️ Innovation Hub for Humanities is one of them, and it has been created together with MBA Program Board. This is a practical learning process – Learning by doing, [pro-social Project of MBA students, including – Gamification- save Orangutans with Gdańsk ZOO – which we have created together with Ewa Łusiak-Sobolewska, prof. Joanna Mytnik, Paweł Jacewicz, Jacek Makowski, Katarzyna Stankiewicz, Beata Krawczy-Bryłka, Paweł Ziemiański]▪️ I have created 4 pillars of the program and competencies model [works till today and is the program’s foundation],▪️ Creative Evenings is the other brand that I have created, together with the MBA coordinator Ewa Łusiak-Sobolewska, as a platform to connect MBA graduates and students.
