  My current employment is as a Clinician. My role within a multidiciplianry team is to conduct assessment of client risk and treatment needs, develop and implement treatment plans for clients, identify and develop alternative intervention options and take appropriate follow-up actions in accordance with department protocols.My role also requires to co-facilitate group treatment programs in conjunction with other professionals and liaise with other staff and external service providers. My duties include monitoring, reviewing, evaluating and report on the progress of the treatment plans and recommend the application of risk management and intervention strategies including referrals to other professionals.
