  Responsible for Engineering's SRE/CLOUD teams, I led 17 people in several important projects for the company. My role was to understand what the customers' needs were and together with the team design the best architectures and projects for these customers. - FinOps - We developed a process based on the FinOps Foundation, which brought FinOps as a culture within organizations. This process was based on creating stages together with the client, namely: Discovery, optimization and operation, during this process the client was led to understand their scenario and create a more complete understanding of their environments. In this process, we provide training and consultancy on: Commitments, dashboards, tags, use of Kubernetes and other cloud services.- Observability: I led an initiative in a large Telco company, in which the objective was to centralize several environments in a single project, bringing through ELK, ISTIO, Grafana and zabbix the necessary vision to observe the environment, bring metrics and support production.Other important projects involved CI/CD and IaC, where we were able to deliver best practices for automating code delivery to several large industrial, automotive and telco customers.
