  Acted as the point of contact for the commissioning teams and managed the execution of commissioning plans. Tasks included document creation and management (meeting agendas/minutes, site observation reports, issues logs, requests for information (RFI), equipment verification, pre-functional and functional checklists, and O&M documentation), coordination with the commissioning team and building owner, guidance of commissioning meetings, site observations, performing pre-functional and functional performance testing, supervision of functional performance testing, documentation of staff training, and seasonal commissioning activities. Energy service duties included troubleshooting of inefficient systems, evaluation of sequence of operations programing, trend data analysis and review, and creation of custom spreadsheet programs designed to identify inconsistences revealed by field measurements. Additional duties included the identification of potential energy conservation measures, documentation of existing conditions, collection and analysis of air, water, and electrical measurements, and assisting in the proper application of changes to existing HVAC systems in support of energy savings. Designed spreadsheet programs to perform thermodynamic, psychometric, and electrical, calculations with the goal of boosting the efficiency of all field related activities. Show less
