      Full Stack Developer

As an undergraduate research project, I worked on the Smart Transportation project at Stony Brook University. For this project, I was responsible for creating additional web-services for our management suite that was utilized daily by the transportation department. In addition to the creation of these services, I worked extensively on the creation of a ReSTful API that communicated with our new mobile applications for the project and I worked closely with the mobile developers to ensure that we exposed the data that they required while emphasizing best practices for security. Lead Full Stack Developer

During my time with the Medicaid Initiatives I worked on the Prescriber Education Platform for providing Continuing Medical Education credits.I designed and was the leader developer of the AWS Cloud solution for this platform, reducing our static web hosting costs while increasing site reliability, uptime, and security. Working with a team of developers under me on this project I implemented a continuous integration and delivery platform, introducing the team to version control and unit testing for reliability for software deployments.During my time with the project we have seen a two fold increase in code coverage and a shrinking in response to issue time from a month to a 'pushed to master' resolution within a week.
