  I was in operations at the Sterling Heights Olive Garden. This was the busiest Olive Garden in the State of Michigan and I was there for ten years. I was the Service Manager and was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and maintaining a service staff of 80. I regularly did the weekly schedule for the service staff but I have also done the schedules for all the departments when needed.I was involved in the daily operations of the restaurant.
