      • Provide customers underwriting system support (SCUP and EUPS) in a timely and efficient manner to ensure accurate compliant policies are issued per ISO and independent bureaus’ rate, rules, and forms filings. • Serve as liaison between stakeholders/business units and system staff /third party vendors in interpreting the business request and translating them into technical specifications for new changes, enhancements or fixes that are needed.• Prepare impact analysis, business requirements, sample declarations pages and forms specifications; conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing for proprietary and ISO AL and GL filings (SCUP) as well as Excess Worker’s Compensation forms (EUPS).
