Show less I led a ninety-eight-member team in the operation and maintenance of a sixty-five million dollar weapon system, ensuring the successful execution of 55,000 sorties in support of Operations INHERENT RESOLVE and FREEDOM'S SENTINEL. In addition, I played a pivotal role in the transfer of a full weapon system from Al Udied Air Base, Qatar to Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, marking the first such transfer in twelve years and validating the Air Force's goal of seamless air campaign control from the United States. I also oversaw the engineering of thirteen weapon system modifications valued at 2.5 million dollars, enabling real-time tracking of eleven Bomber Task Force Missions to deter regional aggressions. Concurrently, I guided four teams through the first upgrade of the Theater Battle Management Core System in eight years, including the Major Release Five install, and successfully delivered the Air Force's first Department of Defense compliant Global Command and Control System. These efforts laid the groundwork for the execution of air strikes in Syria and Iraq as directed by the President of the United States.
