Maintain bus appearance and Pre-trip/post-trip inspections.Team pod leader in managing co-workers on training procedures with transportation, update and discussions on RCWS & WACS and any route, school, traffic, or street issues. Helping keep moral up and co-workers happy and eager to be a transportation driver. Trip driving long distances, supporting sport teams and maintaining safe and a responsibility to be at games in the time frame of events schedule.
