  I work with clients online and in-person to help them overcome frustrations and problems related to their own body composition and diet. Being self-employed, I do my own accounting, marketing campaigns, content creation, source clients and develop an honest social media presence providing tangible help and support for members of the public. I operate a service that focuses on long term results, utilising motivational interviewing techniques to bring about change the client really wants and needs. This allows me to innovate with different strategies and options to help service the client.I also teach fitness classes on a weekly basis to up to 45 people at a time, focusing on weights and cardiovascular exercises. Classes require me to be encouraging, motivational, clear and a concise communicator to support the members through the 30-45minute session. Show less
