  Managed 91 employees daily, assisted in hiring, tracked supply, inventory, as well as daily and monthly analysis of sales to ensure quotas were reached. Our Chick-fil-A location accomplished $1 million in sales for 6 months in a row in 2021, was awarded #1 Drive-Thru in the nation in 2022 which is calculated according to speed of service, order, accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction, and has remained the #1 Chick-fil-A in the Northwest Florida region for multiple consecutive years. Managed 15 employees daily, ensured dining, drive-thru operations, and staff cooperate efficiently to create a remarkable customer experience. Other responsibilities included operating the cash register and providing comprehensive training for new team members. Performed guest services in dining area and drive-thru (i.e. greeted customers, processed their orders, operated cash register, etc.) as well as food preparation duties to accommodate all customers and ensure a worthwhile experience. Also observed heath and sanitation guidelines and assisted other team members with daily responsibilities.

  Collaborate with team members to promote the Credit Union image at community and Chamber events as well as the benefits of membership to foster company growth. Also responsible for tracking success of community events and member growth and retention reports. Our team nearly doubled the total of new businesses gained in Field of Membership in 2022 in my first year.
