      As part of Microsoft Capacity Operations Team, worked on building new sustainable Azure Datacenter in Arizona which totally runs on Solar energy with 0% water usage to cool Servers. Lead the project to build Microsoft’s first enterprise Datacenter for ‘Reliance Jio’ and reduced their cluster buildout timelines by 60% and DC Ready to Unrestricted Access of Ring 0 Services buildout in 2.5x times faster than previously built regions. In addition, implemented 6 Azure New global region expansions.Roles:• Team Management: Responsible for 3 modules in Azure buildout and lead a team of 15 to manage the customer deliverables.• Executed Project planning and management tasks to meet customer expectations.• Lead communication with Program managers across Microsoft’s cross functional team to meet project deliverables and improvements. • Partnered with internal teams to discuss code and project improvements to improve buildout timelines. • Code Fix Documentation: Analyzing common faults and working with stakeholder teams for code fix from platform end ensuring stability to the platform.• Business Intelligence: Generating and analyzing Power BI reports to track the status and improvements.• Implemented New Region Buildouts in Azure that were successfully launched under tight deadlines.
